Roustabout Test

Job Summary:

Atlas NextWave Recruitment is currently seeking experienced Roustabouts to join our client Boskalis, a leading global marine and dredging contractor. The successful candidates will play a key role in supporting offshore operations, ensuring all deck activities are carried out safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the loading and offloading of equipment, supplies, and cargo.
• Maintain and clean deck areas, tools, and machinery.
• Support crane operations and ensure proper use of lifting equipment.
• Participate in routine maintenance tasks under supervision of Deck Foreman or Crane Operator.
• Assist in rigging operations and contribute to the safe handling of materials.
• Comply with all safety procedures and actively participate in toolbox talks and safety drills.
• Report any hazards or incidents immediately to the Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of offshore experience in a similar role.
• Valid BOSIET / FOET with CA-EBS.
• OGUK Medical Certificate (or equivalent).
• Seaman’s Book (advantageous).
• Strong awareness of offshore safety standards and teamwork-oriented attitude.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
